Hacienda Pacifica will be developed over the next couple of years in two phases:

Phase One:

We are very excited about the progress here at Hacienda Pacifica and will have all 20 condos units, eight 2-bedroom houses and three 3-bedroom houses complete and move in ready this year!

Phase Two:
